Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 8, 2026

These terms describe the use of STS Landscaping & Hauling LLC’s website, services, and text messaging program. Specific terms in an accepted estimate or service agreement take priority over these general terms if they conflict.

Estimates and Services

Service scope, pricing, materials, and any required deposits will be described in your estimate or service agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or authorize work. Additional work or changes to the agreed scope require customer approval.

Scheduling and Property Access

Scheduling may change due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or material availability. We will communicate changes when possible. Customers must provide access to the work area and inform us of known hazards, private underground lines, irrigation components, or other conditions that may affect the work.

Payments

Payment is due by the date stated on your invoice or service agreement. Deposits and payment schedules, when applicable, will be disclosed before work begins. Any additional fees must be disclosed and agreed upon.

Cancellations and Service Concerns

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or scheduling change. Any cancellation charges or deposit terms will be stated in your service agreement. Please contact us promptly about service concerns so we can review and address them.

Text Messaging Program

STS Landscaping & Hauling LLC offers text messaging for customer communications. When you opt in, you may receive messages about estimates, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, service updates, invoices, and customer support.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel scheduled services or outstanding payment obligations.

Help and Support

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 419-261-9392 or stsbusinessmail@gmail.com.

Message Delivery

Text message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect customer information:

Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Updates will not change previously agreed service terms without mutual agreement.
